blog today - YES - BBQ and time at home

A lovely day today with the girls - chilling at home in the garden in the morning -(bought Izzy her first pair of trainers with flasing LED's  (aahhhhh) but she loved them). popped into Jesmond and came home for a BBQ, when we picked some of our beans and had them with our BBQ sausages....

they tasted spot on! all the better for being grown at home

quick visit to the beach with the girls...

I decided to get out of the office sharpish tonight to get some time with the girls on the beach (Beth & Izzy)..we're so lucky to live so close to so many great beaches.....

Tonight we visited Tynemouth Longsands, and I just had to take a shot of this
